2. Physical Products (T.A.C. Timer, accessories)

a. Return Window

You may return unused physical products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

b. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt)
  • The return must be requested within the return window

c. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

d. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.

3. Digital Products & AI Services

Due to the nature of digital goods and custom AI-generated content, all purchases of digital training plans, performance analysis, or AI tool usage are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Exceptions may include:

  • You were charged in error
  • You did not receive access to the purchased service
  • The service failed to function due to a technical error on our side
